A controlled workspace for trusted HR/referral partners to submit retirement, pension fund, preservation fund and exit-planning leads for Comprehensive Group and adviser handover.
1. HR Identifies a Retiring Employee
The HR/referral partner confirms that the employee is open to retirement, preservation fund, pension fund or financial planning assistance.
2. Consent Is Confirmed
The partner may only submit the lead after confirming that the employee gave consent for their contact details to be shared.
3. Lead Is Reviewed and Handed Over
Admin reviews the lead, tracks status, prepares handover to Desigan Kistan at Liberty Life and records referral commission status.
Current Launch Focus
Checkers / Chantel Lewis is the starter corporate-referral workflow. The immediate goal is to strengthen the relationship, increase lead flow and give Chantel visibility on progress and commission status.
Commission Guide
Admin can still override gross, Comprehensive Group and referral commission fields after review.
